摘要
开关磁阻电机具有可靠性高、节能性好、可频繁正反转、随时开关的特性,应用于立式抽油机具有明显优势。介绍立式抽油机的基本结构及控制系统,分析立式抽油机运行特性,并通过MATLAB进行了建模仿真,结果显示非奇异终端滑模为速度控制器的SRM控制系统,转矩脉动最低。并完成一台基于SRM驱动的立式抽油机的控制系统改造,通过增加外设控制,实现远程通信和控制,采用仿真系统的控制和优化方法,通过观察采集到的示功图看出系统的运行性能有一定程度的提升。
Switched reluctance motor has the characteristics of high reliability,good energy saving,frequent positive and negative rotation,and switching at any time.There are obvious advantages when applied to vertical pumping unit.This paper introduces the basic structure and control system of vertical pumping unit,analyzes the operation characteristics of vertical pumping unit,and carries out modeling and simulation through MATLAB.The results show that the non-singular terminal sliding mode is the SRM control system with speed controller,and the torque pulsation is the lowest.The control system transformation of a vertical pumping unit driven by SRM is completed.Remote communication and control are realized by adding peripheral control,and the control and optimization methods adopted by the simulation system are adopted.The operation performance of the system is improved to a certain extent by observing the indicator diagram collected.
