基于柔性水袋的沉管隧道压载水系统设计与应用 被引量:1

摘要 沉管隧道压载水系统是保证沉管沉放的关键装置,但目前的压载水系统都采用钢木结构制作的水箱进行装水,系统在安装时需要大量焊接、切割以及预埋件,施工中存在效率低、成本高等问题。以襄阳市东西轴线道路工程鱼梁洲段项目为依托,充分利用水袋的装水施工便利性和成本低的优势,设计了一种基于柔性水袋的沉管隧道压载水系统,阐述了该水袋压载水系统在沉管沉放过程中的进排水工艺,并对水袋进行了装水性能试验。目前该系统已得到了成功应用,对该项目提供了技术支撑。 The ballast water system of immersed tube tunnel is a key device to ensure the sinking of immersed tube.However,at present,the ballast water system uses water tanks made of steel and wood structure to fill water.The system requires a lot of welding,cutting and embedded parts during the installation,and there are problems of low efficiency and high cost in construction.Based on Yuliangzhou section of Xiangyang east-west axis road engineering project,taking full advantage of the convenience and low cost of water bag construction,the ballast water system of immersed tube tunnel based on flexible water bag was designed,the technology of water inlet and drainage of the water bag ballast system in the process of sinking tube was analyzed in detail,and the water loading performance test of water bag was carried out.At present,the system has been successfully applied,which provides technical support for the project.
