摘要
目的:建立硅胶管吸附,实验室衍生、气质联用法测定室内空气中甲醛的方法。方法:采用硅胶吸附管直接现场定点采集空气,经过衍生,色谱柱分离,用气质联用SIM选择离子模式检测。结果:空气中甲醛的线性相关系数r大于0.999,精密度(RSD%)为5.80%~7.49%,回收率为83.9%~108.9%,检出限为0.015μg,按照采样体积为15 L计算,最低检测浓度为0.001 mg/m^(3)。结论:本方法具有抗干扰能力强、灵敏度高、精密度好、回收率高等优点,可以用来检测空气中甲醛含量。
Objective:A method for the determination of formaldehyde in indoor air by silica gel tube adsorption,laboratory derivation and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was established.Methods:The air was directly collected at a fixed point on site by silica gel adsorption tube,and after derivatization,chromatographic column separation,and detection by GC-MS with SIM selected ion mode.Results:The linear correlation coefficient r of formaldehyde in the air was greater than 0.999,the precision(RSD%)was 5.80%to 7.49%,the recovery rate was 83.9%to 108.9%,and the detection limit was 0.015μg.Calculated according to the sampling volume of 15 L,the lowest detection concentration was 0.001 mg/m^(3).Conclusion:The method has the advantages of strong anti-interference ability,high sensitivity,excellent precision and high recovery rate,which can be used to detect formaldehyde content in air.
