综放沿空留巷巷旁充填体性能优化的试验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Study on Performance Optimization of Backfill beside Gob-side Entry Retaining in Fully Mechanized Working Face

摘要 为使综放沿空留巷巷旁充填体的性能优化,以成庄矿4311综放工作面沿空留巷为研究对象,对高水材料巷旁充填体的基本性能、补强方式、膨胀性和可压缩性进行了试验研究。研究表明,该高水材料性能稳定,可满足远距离泵送的要求,且施加9根对穿钢筋、6个钢筋梯以及2片钢筋网是其最优补强方案,其强度极限可提高61.9%,表面位移量可减小75.9%。此外,在水灰质量比为1.5∶1的条件下,发泡剂掺量(质量分数)和纤维掺量(质量分数)分别为0.2%和0.8%时,该材料的膨胀率可达25.15%,压缩率最大可以达到50%。该研究可为相似工况条件下巷旁充填体的性能优化提供参考。 With the gob-side entry retaining of No.4311 fully mechanized working face in Chengzhuang Mine as the engineering background,experimental research was conducted to optimize the performance of the backfill body with high-water materials in terms of basic properties,reinforcement methods,expansibility,and compressibility.The results show that the high-water material is stable and can meet the requirements of long-distance pumping.The reinforcement scheme with the application of 9 pairs of reinforcing bars,6 steel ladders,and 2 steel mesh is the best,with which the strength limit increases by 61.9%and the surface displacement decreases by 75.9%.In addition,under the water-cement mass ratio of 1.5 to 1,the content of foaming agent(mass fraction)and fiber content(mass fraction)are 0.2%and 0.8%,respectively.The expansion rate of the material can reach 25.15%,and the compression ratio can reach a maximum of 50%.This study can provide guidance for the performance optimization of the backfill under similar working conditions.
