某变深度发射能量调节半实物仿真系统设计

Design of a certain hardware-in-the-loop simulation system based on variable-depth underwater launching energetic regulating technology

摘要 为提高学员对变深度发射相关知识的理解和掌握,提出了一种导弹水下变深度发射能量调节半实物仿真系统的设计方案。通过分析某导弹水下变深度发射能量调节机理,明确功能要求,基于Matlab对水下发射内弹道进行建模与仿真;利用SolidWorks软件搭建半实物仿真系统机械模型进行,实现系统的动画演示功能。通过LabVIEW软件搭建系统可视化操作显示界面,实现对发射内弹道参数信号的采集、调用和机构调节状态显示等功能。通过模块设计及软件联合编程,实现系统的集成设计,形成以装备的机械模型、虚拟仪器界面和仿真计算三者有机结合的变深度发射能量调节半实物仿真系统。该系统功能完备、人机交互友好,能为某导弹水下变深度发射相关理论实践及研究工作提供有力支撑。 In view of some problems existing in the theoretical teaching and practical of a professional course at present,in order to improve the students’understanding and mastery of the knowledge related to variable-depth launch of missile,a design scheme of hardware-in-the-loop simulation system for missile underwater variable depth launch energy regulation was put forward.Through the analysis of the energy regulation mechanism of underwater variable depth launch of a missile,the functional requirements were clarified,and a hardware-in-the-loop simulation system based on Matlab,LabVIEW and SolidWorks was built.The interior trajectory of underwater launch was modeled and simulated based on MATLAB,and the mechanical model of the system was built by using SolidWorks software to realize the animation demonstration function of the system.The visual operation display interface of the system was built by LabVIEW software,which realizes the functions of collecting and calling the interior trajectory parameter signal,displaying the interior trajectory parameter curve and adjusting the state of the mechanism,and so on.Through module design and software joint programming,the integrated design of the system was realized,and a hardware-in-the-loop simulation system with variable depth launch energy regulation was formed,which combines the mechanical model of the equipment,the virtual instrument interface and the simulation calculation organically.The system has complete functions and friendly human-computer interaction,which can provide powerful support for the teaching,practice and research of the principle of underwater variable depth launch of a missile.
