基于空间网络分析的历史滨水街区步行性研究——以上海虹口港区域为例

Research on Walkability of Historic Waterfront Blocks Based on Spatial Network Analysis:A Case of Shanghai Hongkou Port Area

摘要 由于交通方式的转变和更新建设的滞后,历史滨水街区逐渐失去活力是当今国内普遍存在的城市问题。土地利用和包括街道网络在内的城市空间环境会对人们的步行活动产生一定的影响[1-3],由于历史悠久的滨水街区形态往往更加复杂,其可达性和步行活动之间的关系值得进一步探讨[4]。本文对城市空间形态进行定性分析,并对上海虹口港区的可达性进行量化分析,以及引入可步行度和街道商业服务设施密度等环境变量来进行相关性分析。研究结果表明,MAD300指标可以解释虹口港地区真实的行人流量分布情况,而通过增加步行连续性、整合部分道路,以及打造功能复合的公共活动中心可以适当解决可达性不足造成的街道活力缺乏问题。 Due to the change of transportation mode and the lag of renewal and construction,it is a common problem that the historic waterfront neighborhood loses its vitality gradually.Land use and the urban spatial environment including street networks can have certain effects on people’s walking activities.Since the morphology of historic waterfront blocks is often more complex,the relationship between its accessibility and walking activities is worth further discussion.This paper makes a qualitative analysis on the urban spatial form,conducts a quantitative analysis on the accessibility of Shanghai Hongkou Port area,and introduces environmental variables such as walkability and street commercial facility density to carry out correlation analysis.The results show that MAD300 of the sDNA index can explain the real pedestrian flow in Hongkou Port area.By increasing the continuity of walking,integrating some roads and creating a multi-functional public activity center,the lack of vitality of the streets caused by the lack of accessibility can be properly made up.
