摘要
通过设置不同基质、不同激素处理等对鸡树条荚蒾(Viburmum sargentii)进行扦插试验,分析影响该树种扦插效果的因子。研究表明:用恶霉灵处理过的基质几乎没有霉菌滋生,成活率达94.6%。外源激素的应用会显著提高嫩枝扦插的效果,扦插成活率最高可达95.2%。在黑龙江省西部地区7月10日前后扦插成活率最高,是鸡树条荚蒾嫩枝扦插的最佳时间。
The cuttage trial of Viburmum sargentii was carried out to analyze the effects of different matrix and hormone treatment.The results showed that matrix treated with oxazem had almost no mold growth,and the cutting survival rate was 94.6%.The application of exogenous hormone could significantly improve the cutting effect,and the cutting survival rate was up to 95.2%,the highest survival rate was around July 10 in the western part of Heilongjiang province,and it was the best time for the cuttage of V.sargentii.
