摘要
综述健康行动过程取向(health action process approach,HAPA)理论模型在糖尿病病人中的应用研究进展。提出可以运用HAPA理论模型预测、解释、分析老年糖尿病病人健康相关行为,构建基于HAPA理论模型的护理干预方案及健康教育方案,改善老年糖尿病病人的健康结局,为老年糖尿病病人护理提供参考。
The research progress on the application of health action process approach(HAPA)theoretical model in patients with diabetes mellitus was reviewed.It is proposed that the HAPA theoretical model can be used to predict,interpret and analyze the health-related behaviors in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus,and construct nursing intervention schemes and health education programs based on the HAPA theoretical model,so as to improve the health outcomes and provide a reference for the nursing of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.
