摘要
选取2013—2018年中国省级面板数据,采用双重差分法分析自由贸易试验区对出口技术复杂度的影响。研究结果表明,自由贸易试验区的设立显著促进出口技术复杂度的提升,但存在区域异质性,即全国和沿海、沿边自由贸易试验区对出口技术复杂度有显著影响,内陆自由贸易试验区影响不显著;自由贸易试验区的设立时间对出口技术复杂度的影响显著,同样存在区域异质性,即全国和沿海、沿边自由贸易试验区设立时间对出口技术复杂度影响显著,内陆自由贸易试验区影响不显著;不同自由贸易试验区出口技术复杂度提升的显著影响因素也存在差异。据此,应从地理布局、制度完善、特色形成、创新能力提升等方面加快自由贸易试验区的建设。
Based on the provincial panel data from 2013 to 2018 in China,this paper analyzed the influence of pilot free trade zones(FTZs)on the export technology complexity using the differences-in-differences(DID)method.It is found that the establishment of pilot FTZs significantly promoted the increase of the export technology complexity,but there was regional heterogeneity.Specifically,national and coastal-border pilot FTZs had a significant impact on the export technology complexity,while inland pilot FTZs had no significant impact.Moreover,the establishment time of pilot FTZs has a significant influence on the export technology complexity,and there is also regional heterogeneity,namely,the establishment time of national and coastal-border pilot FTZs has a significant influence on the export technology complexity,while that of inland pilot FTZs is not significant.There are also differences in the significant influencing factors for the increase of the export technology complexity in different pilot FTZs.On this basis,the construction of pilot FTZs should be accelerated from the aspects of geographical layout,system improvement,characteristic formation and innovation capacity enhancement.
