摘要
二维层状材料以其优异的物理和化学性能,在材料科学界引起了广泛的关注。到目前为止,传统的二维层状材料的生长方法,一直受限于溶液法的低溶解度或化学/物理气相沉积的复杂性。本文采用一种简单、高效的方法(微间距空气升华法)合成了Pb I_(2)/WS_(2)异质结。光学显微镜、拉曼光谱、原子力显微镜的测试结果表明,Pb I_(2) /WS_(2)具有垂直的异质结构,表面光滑,晶体质量良好。电学性能测试结果表明,Pb I_(2)/WS_(2)的光响应性能比纯WS_(2)优异。该方法为二维层状材料的制备提供了一种新的途径。
The recent discovery of two-dimensional layered materials was attracted great attention for their excellent physical and chemical properties in materials science.Until now,conventional growth of 2D layered materials had been limited by low solubility of solution-based methods or the complexity of chemical/physical vapor deposition.Here a facile,efficient technique (i.e.microspacing in-air sublimation) was employed to synthesize PbI_(2)/WS_(2) van der Waals heterostructures.Optical microscopy,Raman and atomic force microscopy results showed that PbI_(2) /WS_(2 )formed vertical hetero structure with smooth surface and good crystal quality.Electrical performance showed that the photo-response of PbI_(2) /WS_(2) was faster than pure WS_(2).This work provided a new way for the fabrication of two-dimensional layered materials.
