摘要
高血压是最常见的慢性病之一,是公共卫生的重要内容之一,也是心脏病、中风、肾脏疾病和包括痴呆症在内的其他并发症的主要危险因素之一。高血压通常发生在中老年阶段,且常被患者所忽视,目前高血压发病率呈上升状态,发病趋势逐渐年轻化。研究发现高血压与患者生活方式密切相关,如饮食控制、药物及运动等。众所周知,服用抗高血压药物可以降低患者的血压,但是患者依从性不高,此外有些药物不良反应可能还会持续存在。因此,人们越来越关注高血压管理中行为干预的发展和应用。有研究表明,运动干预可以促进人的血液动力学和体液变化,对高血压患者有积极的影响。运动干预是预防和治疗高血压的重要辅助步骤。本文综述了运动干预对中老年高血压患者影响的研究进展,以期为中老年高血压患者的治疗提供帮助。
Hypertension is one of the most common chronic diseases and one of the important contents of public health. It is also one of the main risk factors of heart disease,stroke,kidney disease and other complications including dementia. Hypertension usually occurs in the middle-aged and elderly stage,and is often neglected by patients. The incidence rate of hypertension is rising and the incidence trend is gradually younger. Studies find that hypertension is closely related to patients’ lifestyle,such as diet control,drugs and exercise and so on. As we all know,taking antihypertensive drugs can reduce patients’ blood pressure,but patients’ compliance is not high. In addition,some adverse drug reactions may persist.Therefore, people pay more and more attention to the development and application of behavioral intervention in hypertension management. Studies show that exercise intervention can promote human hemodynamics and humoral changes,and have a positive impact on patients with hypertension. Exercise intervention is an important auxiliary step in the prevention and treatment of hypertension. This paper reviews the research progress of the effect of exercise intervention on middle-aged and elderly patients with hypertension,in order to provide help for the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with hypertension.
