摘要
基层是社会和谐稳定的基础。本文以台州椒江“信访超市”国家级标准化试点为例,提出了县级社会矛盾纠纷调处化解中心标准体系构建的背景、框架、实施路径和实施效益,探索社会矛盾纠纷调处化解和社会治理创新模式,助力实现从以“政府”为中心向以“人民”为中心的理念转变,以期更高效地解决各类矛盾纠纷,更优质地服务广大人民群众。
The grassroots is the foundation of social harmony and stability.This paper takes Taizhou Jiaojiang’s“Complaint Supermarket”national standardization pilot as an example,and puts forward the background significance,framework,implementation path and implementation benefits of constructing the standards system of the county-level social conflict mediation and resolution center.It explores the mediation and resolution of social conflicts and disputes and innovative models of social governance,and helps realize the transition from a government-centered concept to a peoplecentered concept,so as to more efficiently resolve all kinds of conflicts and disputes,and better serve the masses.
