摘要
电磁机构作为磁保持继电器的重要组成部分,其旋转动作时所需的电磁驱动力大小及其影响参数的设计将直接影响整个系统的稳定性。选用ANSYS有限元分析软件对某款磁保持继电器进行建模分析,并对其电磁机构静态特性进行了仿真计算,得出了继电器旋转动作所需的电磁驱动力及磁场分布云图。选取线圈匝数、线圈线径、内铁芯长度作为自由变量,采用正交试验法对电磁机构进行优化试验,并得出了最佳优化组别,经仿真对比,结果表明优化组数对控制生产成本有一定的借鉴作用。
The electromagnetic mechanism is an important part of the magnetic holding relay.The magnitude of the electromagnetic driving force required for its rotating action and the design of its affecting parameters will directly affect the stability of the entire system.In this paper,ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to simulate and analyze a magnetic latching relay,and the static characteristics of its electromagnetic mechanism were calculated.The electromagnetic driving force and magnetic field distribution cloud diagram required for the relay’s rotating action were obtained.Based on this,the orthogonal parameters were used to optimize the design of the relevant parameters of the electromagnetic mechanism.After simulation and comparison,the results show that the number of optimized groups has a certain reference effect on controlling production costs.
