摘要
办好老年教育,满足人民群众日益增长的对老年教育的需求,是构建学习型社会和终身教育体系的重要内容。推动老年教育高质量可持续发展,师资队伍建设是关键。本文基于德清县老年开放大学师资队伍的现状分析,在争取政府支持、拓宽师资聘请渠道、加强规范管理和常规督导四个方面探讨老年开放教育教师队伍的建设,进而推进县域老年教育事业发展和学习型社会建设。
It is an important content of building a learningoriented society and lifelong education system to develop the education for the elderly and meet their increasing demand for their education.The construction of teachers team is the key to promote the high quality and sustainable development of the education for the elderly.Based on the analysis of the current situation of teachers team in Deqing Open University for the aged,this paper discusses the construction of teachers team in open education for the aged from four aspects of seeking for government support,broadening the channels for hiring teachers,strengthening standardized management and conventional supervision,so as to promote the development of the education for the aged in the county and the construction of a learning society.
