摘要
目的:分析产后抑郁患者应用米氮平联合帕罗西汀治疗对临床疗效、睡眠质量及抑郁状况的影响。方法:选取2019年5月至2021年1月宁津县妇幼保健院收治的产后抑郁患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用帕罗西汀治疗,观察组基于对照组联合米氮平治疗。比较2组总有效率、睡眠质量及抑郁状况。结果:2组治疗后汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)评分经比较,观察组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组总有效率经比较,观察组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组PSQI评分经比较,观察组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产后抑郁患者应用米氮平联合帕罗西汀治疗的疗效确切,可改善患者睡眠质量及抑郁症状,可靠安全,可做进一步推广。
Objective:To analyze the effect of mirtazapine combined with paroxetine on clinical efficacy,sleep quality and depression in patients with postpartum depression.Methods:A total of 60 patients with postpartum depression who were admitted to Ningjin County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with paroxetine,and the observation group was based on the control group combined with mirtazapine treatment.The total effective rate,sleep quality and depression status were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Edinburgh Pstnatal Depressin Scale(EPDS)were compared between the two groups after treatment,and the observation group was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the two groups was compared,and the observation group was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PSQI scores of the two groups were compared,and the observation group was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mirtazapine combined with paroxetine in the treatment of postpartum depression is effective in improving sleep quality and depressive symptoms.It is reliable and safe,and can be further promoted.
