摘要
随着抗抑郁药和抗精神病药的大量使用,药物相关的心律失常和心源性猝死逐渐引起重视。越来越多研究发现,抗抑郁药和抗精神病药存在心电图QTc间期延长的风险,而QTc间期延长与尖端扭转型室性心动过速(TdP)显著相关,这种恶性心律失常可导致猝死。为此,本文着重阐述抗抑郁药和抗精神病药对QTc间期影响的研究现状,为临床工作提供一定的参考。
With the increasing use of antidepressants and antipsychotics,drug-related arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death are attracting more and more attention.A growing number of studies have found that antidepressants and antipsychotics are at risk for prolonged QTc interval,which is significantly associated with torsade de pointes(TdP).A nausea arrhythmia can lead to sudden death.Therefore,this paper focuses on the research status of the effects of antidepressants and antipsychotics on QTc interphase,and provides some reference for clinical work.
