改性碳纤维增强聚苯乙烯泡沫混凝土的制备及其性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 将硅烷偶联剂改性的碳纤维(MCF)作为增强相,与聚苯乙烯(PS)混凝土进行复合,制备PS/MCF塑料混凝土复合材料,并对其力学性能、保温性能以及耐久性进行研究。结果表明:当MCF的含量为3%,PS/MCF塑料混凝土复合材料具有最佳的力学性能,其抗压强度和抗折强度分别达到4.96 MPa和9.3 MPa。PS/MCF塑料混凝土复合材料的热导率和蓄热系数均增大,但满足相关标准。当MCF的含量为3%,PS/MCF塑料混凝土呈现最佳的耐久性,经50次硫酸盐腐蚀试验和50次冻融试验,其抗压强度分别下降5.06%和1.38%。因此,MCF含量为3%的PS/MCF塑料混凝土具有较好的保温性能和力学强度,使PS/MCF可以有效用于屋面保温混凝土材料。 The carbon fiber modified(MCF) by silane coupling agent was used as reinforcement phase and composite with polystyrene(PS) concrete to prepare PS/MCF concrete composites, and mechanical properties, thermal insulation properties and durability of PS/MCF concrete composites were studied. The results show that when the content of MCF is 3%, PS/MCF plastic concrete composite has the best mechanical properties, and its compressive strength and flexural strength are 4.96 MPa and 9.3 MPa, respectively. The thermal conductivity and thermal storage coefficient of PS/MCF plastic concrete composite increase, which meet relevant standards. When the content of MCF is 3%, PS/MCF plastic concrete shows the best durability. After 50 sulfate corrosion tests and 50 freeze-thaw tests, compressive strength of PS/MCF plastic concrete is decreased by 5.06% and 1.38%, respectively. Therefore, PS/MCF plastic concrete with MCF content of 3% has good thermal insulation performance and mechanical strength, which can be effectively used for roof insulation concrete materials.
