摘要
目的探讨元认知策略联合客观结构化临床考试(Objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)模式在泌尿外科实习护生中的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月—2019年12月中国医科大学附属第一医院泌尿外科的实习护生96名,随机分为对照组48名和观察组48名。对照组采用传统教学方式,观察组采用基于元认知策略的培训模式联合OSCE模式。比较2组实习护生的理论及操作考核情况、评判性思维能力。结果与对照组相比,观察组实习护生的理论操作考核情况及评判性思维能力均高于对照组,2组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论元认知策略联合OSCE模式可提高泌尿外科实习护生的评判性思维能力及实习效果,为今后护生的教学提供临床实践经验。
Objective To explore the application effects of Meta-cognitive strategies combined with objectively structured clinical examination(OSCE)mode in clinical practice teaching of urology nursing students.Methods 96 nursing students in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from May 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received the regular teaching methods.The observation group used the meta-cognitive strategy combined with OSCE mode.Scores in theory and practice,critical thinking were compared the between two groups.Results The scores in theory and practice,critical thinking skills of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Meta-cognitive strategies combined with OSCE mode can improve the critical thinking ability and practice effect of nursing students in urology,and then provide clinical experience for teaching of nursing students.
