摘要
锅炉脱硝系统氨逃逸伴随着超低排放参数控制日益增长,逃逸的氨与烟气中的三氧化硫反应生成硫酸氢铵,该酸性物质易造成空气预热器及后续系统堵塞。介绍了某电厂350 MW超临界机组脱硝系统喷氨均匀性测试调整,提高脱硝系统反应效率,有效降低氨逃逸,保证了机组安全稳定运行。
Ammonia escape from boiler denitrification systems is growing along with ultra-low emission parameter control,and the escaped ammonia reacts with sulfur trioxide in the flue gas to form ammonium hydrogen sulfate,which is an acid prone to cause blockage in the air preheater and subsequent systems.This article introduces theammonia injection uniformity test adjustment of a350MW supercritical unit’s denitrification system in a power plant,which improves the denitrification system reaction efficiency,effectively reduces ammonia escape,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
