MRI结合3D-TOF MRA在基底动脉尖综合征诊断中的应用价值研究 被引量:1

The application value of MRI and 3D-TOF MRA in the diagnosis of basal artery apical syndrome

摘要 目的:此次研究针对基底动脉尖综合征应用磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)联合三维时间飞跃法磁共振血管成像(3D time of flight magnetic resonance angiography,3D-TOF MRA)的诊断价值进行分析。方法:以2019年1月—2021年4月平原县第一人民医院收治的75例疑似基底动脉尖综合征患者为研究对象,所有研究对象均进行MRI结合3D-TOFMRA检查,并将数字减影血管造影(digital subtraction angiography,DSA)检查结果为诊断金标准,对比分析MRI结合MRA的价值。结果:MRI结合MRA检查结果中,阳性70例,阴性1例,检查准确率为93.33%,和数字减影血管造影技术检查结果对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);影像学表现观察到病变部位最多的是丘脑与中脑处,影像学特征检出占比以双侧大脑后动脉未显影伴基底动脉远端闭塞最多。结论:MRI结合MRA应用在基底动脉尖综合征诊断中可以发挥出较高检查价值,诊断准确率、特异性与敏感度较高。 Objective This study analyzed the diagnostic value of applied magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) and 3D time of flight magnetic resonance angiography(3D-TOF MRA) in basal artery tip syndrome.Methods From January 2019 to April 2021,75patients with suspected basilar apex syndrome treated in the first people’s Hospital of Pingyuan county were selected as the research objects,all subjects were diagnosed by MRI and 3D-TOF MRA,and the results of digital subtraction angiography(DSA) as the diagnostic standard,and comparing the value of MRI and MRA.Results In MRI combined with MRA,70 cases were positive and 1case was negative.The accuracy rate was 93.33% when compared with the results of digital subtraction angiography,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The most lesions were found in the thalamus and midbrain,and the most lesions were found in bilateral posterior cerebral arteries with distal basilar artery occlusion.Conclusion MRI and MRA can play high examination value in the diagnosis of basal artery apical syndrome,with high diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and sensitivity.
