摘要 目的:研究不同微生物菌剂对金钱草药渣堆肥理化特性的影响,为金钱草药渣合理利用提供科学依据。方法:以金钱草药渣为研究对象,分别添加5种商品发酵菌剂,采用条垛式堆肥系统进行堆肥试验,分析堆肥过程中温度、有机质、N、P、K、pH、重金属等的变化规律。结果:有机肥完全腐熟后有机质含量在61.47%~70.06%之间,N含量在2.58%~3.35%之间,P_(2)O_(5)含量在0.54%~0.79%之间,K_(2)O含量在1.74%~2.28%之间,总养分含量在5.20%~5.88%之间,pH在7.01~7.35。该研究所用发酵剂均可腐熟金钱草药渣,发酵结束后药渣的各项指标均符合《有机肥料》(NY525-2012)中的要求。结论:金钱草药渣有机质含量高,钾元素含量丰富,腐熟周期短,肥料转化率高,具有较好的开发应用前景。 Objective:The aim of this study is investigating the effects of different microbial agents on the physicochemical properties of Lysimachia christinae Hance residue compost and providing scientific basis for its rational utilization.Methods:In this study,five commercial fermentation agents were added to the residue of LysimachiachristinaeHance and a stacking composting system was used.Meanwhile the variation of temperature,organic matter,N,P,K,pH and heavy metals were analyzed.Results:The organic matter content was 61.47%~70.06%,N content was 2.58%~3.35%,P_(2)O_(5) content was 0.54%~0.79%,K_(2)O content was 1.74%~2.28%,total nutrient content was 5.20%~5.88%,and pH was 7.01~7.35.All the five commercial fermentation agents used in this study could decompose the residue,with heavy metal content after fermentation meeting the limit standard and organic matter content/total nutrient content higher than the industry standard.Conclusion:Fermentation agents was the most suitable fermentation system for the residue of Lysimachia christinae Hance compost,and it had a good prospect for development and application.
