摘要
在国家大力发展氢能的大背景下,以氢液化系列装备研制为背景,文中对液氢存储容器开发过程中内外容器支撑结构强度及漏热问题进行了探讨分析,主要介绍了一种典型的内外容器间支撑结构,对该支撑结构进行了结构强度及漏热量计算分析,结合计算分析结果对结构进行了合理化调整,结果表明调整后的支撑结构强度满足使用需求,且漏热量和液氢静态日蒸发量较小,适宜液氢储存,可以有效降低液氢存储成本。
Under the background of the development of hydrogen energy in our country and the development of hydrogen liquefaction equipment,this paper analyzes the strength and heat leakage of inner and outer support structures of liquid hydrogen storage containers.Supporting structure between inner and outer vessels is introduced.The structural strength and heat leakage of the support structure are calculated and analyzed.Combined with the results,the reasonable adjustment of the structure is made.The results show that the strength of the support structure after adjustment can meet the use demand,and the heat leakage and static evaporation of liquid hydrogen are small,so it is suitable for liquid hydrogen storage and can effectively reduce the storage cost of liquid hydrogen.
