摘要
目的:观察护心康片治疗微血管性心绞痛伴焦虑、抑郁的临床疗效。方法:将63例微血管性心绞痛伴焦虑、抑郁患者随机分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(31例)。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服护心康片治疗。治疗4周后,比较2组治疗前后心绞痛发作频率和持续时间,运动平板试验心电图改变情况,总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分变化。结果:治疗后2组心绞痛发作频率和持续时间、运动中ST段下移总和值、LDL-C水平、SAS及SDS评分等各项指标均有改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而2组TC、TG值虽有所下降,但治疗前后组内和治疗后组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:护心康片能改善心绞痛临床症状、调节血脂,尤其是降低LDL-C水平,疗效明显,同时可以改善患者焦虑、抑郁症状。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Huxinkang tablets in the treatment of microvascular angina with anxiety and depression.Methods:A total of 63 patients with microvascular angina with anxiety and depression were randomly divided into treatment group with 32 patients and control group with 31 patients.The patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment,and those in the treatment group were given Huxinkang tablets in addition to the treatment in the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the two groups were compared in terms of thefrequency and duration of anginal attacks,ECG changes in treadmill exercise testing,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)level,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)score.Results:After treatment,both groups had significant improvements in the frequency and duration of anginal attacks,the sum of ST-segment depression during exercise,LDL-C level,and SAS/SDS scores(P<0.05),and the treatment group had significantly greater improvements than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups had reductions in TC and TG,and there were no significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Huxinkang tablets have a marked clinical effect and can improve the clinical symptoms of angina,regulate blood lipids,and reduce the level of LDL-C,and meanwhile,Huxinkang tablets can also improve the symptoms of anxiety and depression.
