摘要
目的观察妊娠期糖尿病患者实施常规治疗联合个体化营养支持的应用效果。方法选择2019年7月—2021年7月该院收治的110例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例,对照组患者实施常规治疗,观察组患者实施常规治疗联合个体化营养支持治疗,对比两组患者血糖水平、营养状况、妊娠结局。结果观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后1 h血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白等水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者白蛋白、前白蛋白、转移蛋白等营养状态水平更加趋近于正常值,且两组营养状态水平对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者难产、产后出血、羊水过多等不良妊娠结局发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者实施常规治疗联合个体化营养支持,可显著调节患者血糖水平、稳定营养状态、降低不良妊娠结局发生率,具备推广价值。
Objective To observe the application effect of routine treatment combined with individualized nutritional support in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 110 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 55 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,and the patients in the observation group were given conventional treatment combined with individualized nutritional support therapy.The blood glucose levels,nutritional status and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of fasting blood glucose,1 h postprandial blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nutritional status levels of albumin,prealbumin,and transfer protein in the observation group were closer to normal values,and the nutritional status of the two groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidences of adverse pregnancy outcomes such as dystocia,postpartum hemorrhage,and polyhydramnios in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine treatment combined with individualized nutritional support in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can significantly regulate blood glucose levels,stabilize nutritional status,and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,which has promotion value.
