摘要
基于医疗器械采购管理中的应用现状,详细介绍竞争性谈判方式下医疗器械采购流程与应用,分析该模式潜在的危险因素与应用关键。通过对竞争性谈判下医疗器械采购管理机制与创新措施的阐述,提出切合医疗实践的采购发展策略,为医疗单位和器械供应企业合作谈判建设提供理论框架,提升医疗器械项目采购管理水平。
We focus on the application status of medical equipment procurement management and introduce in detail the process and connotation of device procurement under competitive negotiation,and analyze its potential risk factors and key applications.Through the explanation of the medical equipment procurement management mechanism and innovative measures under competitive negotiation,the procurement development strategy that fits the medical practice is proposed,which provides a theoretical framework for the construction of cooperative negotiations between medical institutions and companies.We hope to improve the procurement management level of medical device projects accordingly.
