摘要
目的 探究快速康复护理在心脏体外循环围手术期患者应用效果及改善睡眠质量的影响。方法 选取我院2019年7月至2020年9月收治的心脏体外循环患者200例。随机分为对照组(行常规护理)和观察组(在常规围手术期护理的基础上行快速康复护理),各100例,对比两组临床恢复指标(早期拔管时间、首次排便时间、早期活动锻炼、住院时间)、并发症发生率、睡眠质量及护理满意率。结果 观察组早期拔管时间(8.26±2.23)h、首次排便时间(55.21±4.51) h、早期活动锻炼(45.56±3.65)h、住院时间(20.53±2.12)d等临床恢复指标均短于对照组,差异显著(P <0.05);观察组并发症发生率10.00%(10/100)低于对照组23.00%(23/100),差异显著(P <0.05);观察组护理后睡眠质量评分(8.45±2.26)分,明显低于对照组的(11.38±2.05)分,差异显著(P <0.05);观察组护理满意率高于对照组,差异显著(P <0.05)。结论 快速康复干预运用于心脏体外循环围手术期患者可以缩短临床恢复时间,减少并发症发生,改善睡眠质量,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in cardiopulmonary bypass perioperative patients and improve sleep quality.Methods Two hundred patients with cardiopulmonary bypass admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to September 2020 were selected.The two groups were randomly divided into the control group for routine nursing and the observation group for routine perioperative nursing based on rapid rehabilitation nursing,100 cases each.The clinical recovery indicators of the two groups were compared(early extubation time,first defecation time,early exercise,hospitalization time),the incidence of complications,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction rate.Results The early extubation time(8.26±2.23) hours,first defecation time(55.21±4.51) hours,early exercise(45.56±3.65) hours,hospital stay(20.53±2.12) days and other clinical recovery indicators in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00%(10/100) lower than that in the control group [23.00%(23/100)],the difference was significant(P<0.05).The score of sleep quality after nursing in the observation group(8.45±2.26) was significantly lower than that in the control group(11.38±2.05),the difference was significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation intervention in cardiopulmonary bypass perioperative patients can shorten the clinical recovery time,reduce the incidence of complications,improve sleep quality,improve nursing satisfaction.
