壁式钢管混凝土柱平面外穿芯拉杆-端板连接梁柱节点抗震性能试验研究 被引量:3

Experimental study on seismic behavior of wall-type concrete-filled steel tubular columns with through rod end-plate beam-to-colomn connections

摘要 壁式钢管混凝土柱是一种特殊的矩形钢管混凝土柱,针对壁式钢管混凝土柱截面特点,提出了壁式钢管混凝土柱平面外穿芯拉杆-端板连接梁柱节点。通过3个足尺节点试件的低周反复加载试验和有限元分析,对其破坏模式、滞回行为、承载能力、变形性能等进行分析。结果表明:节点的破坏模式为钢梁塑性铰区破坏,破坏区域钢梁上下翼缘屈曲或撕裂,梁与端板连接焊缝撕裂;滞回曲线稳定饱满,无明显捏拢;节点域混凝土损伤微小;破坏时位移延性系数大于3.0,等效黏滞阻尼系数大于0.34,具有良好的变形能力。所建立的有限元模型可较为准确地预测该节点在低周反复加载下的滞回行为。分析表明:随着轴压比提高,模型的延性降低;适当的增加钢梁翼缘和端板厚度可以提高节点的承载能力和延性。 The wall-type concrete-filled steel tubular column is a special rectangular concrete-filled steel tubular column.According to the section characteristics of wall-type concrete-filled steel tubular column,an out-of-plane through rod end-plate beam-to-column joint of wall-type concrete-filled steel tubular column was put forward.To study the failure mode,hysteretic behavior,load-carrying capacity,deformability and energy dissipation capacity of the joint,the pseudo-static experiment and the finite element analysis were conducted on three full scaled specimens.The results show that failure concentrates at beam end,which is characterized by buckling or tearing of the upper and lower flanges of the steel beam,and tearing of the connection weld between beam and end plate.The hysteretic curves of the specimen are stable without significant pinch phenomenon observed.The concrete damage is minimal.When the specimens fail,the displacement ductility coefficients are above 3.0 and the equivalent viscous damping coefficients are above 0.34 for all specimens,which show excellent deformability.Furthermore,the proposed finite element model can accurately predict the hysteretic behavior of the joint.The analysis shows that as the axial compression ratio increases,the ductility of the specimen decreases.Appropriately increasing the thicknesses of the flange and end plate of the steel beam can improve the load carrying capacity and ductility of the specimen.
