摘要
用硬脂酸、二(磷酸二辛酯)钛酸乙二酯和聚乙二醇对碳酸钙进行复合改性处理,探讨表面改性机理和讨论不同组成配比改性剂对改性后碳酸钙的活化度、吸油值、pH值和粘度等指标的影响,并探讨改性后碳酸钙的热稳定性.结果是,带有长链烷基的表面活性剂对碳酸钙的改性效果最佳,采用复合改性剂的改性效果优于采用单一改性剂.
Various modifiers were used to modify the surface properties of calcium carbide.The article discusses modified principle and the effects of compounding modifiers on activation percentage,oil absorption,pH and viscosity of it.The heating stabilization of modified calcium carbide is studied too.It has drawn a conclusion that surfactant possessing long chain akyl is good to midification of culcium carbide and the modified result of compounding modifiers to it is better than single.
