摘要
目的给予老年髋部骨折患者应用分组护理作为围术期护理措施,对其中的护理干预效果进行分析。方法随机选择该院2019年1月—2021年2月80例老年髋部骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组。各40例。各给予不同的围术期护理方法,分别为分组护理与常规护理。统计对比两组患者的相关指标、生活质量、护理总满意度。结果研究组患者的VAS评分、骨折愈合时间、住院时间分别为(0.68±0.08)分、(6.80±1.65)d、(8.98±2.83)d,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=18.527、19.338、16.412,P<0.05);研究组患者躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能、角色功能评分分别为(28.36±2.31)分、(22.68±2.78)分、(24.25±1.33)分、(32.35±1.16)分,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=24.822、20.568、39.572、52.869,P<0.05);研究组护理总满意度为92.50%,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.501,P<0.05)。结论给予老年髋部骨折患者应用分组护理作为围术期护理措施,可以缓解患者的疼痛,缩短患者的康复时间和住院时间,提升患者的生活质量以及护理满意度。
Objective To give elderly patients with hip fractures group nursing as a perioperative nursing measure,and to analyze the effect of nursing intervention among them.Methods Randomly selected 80 elderly patients with hip fractures in this hospital from January 2019 to February 2021 as the research objects,and randomly divided them into the study group and the control group,40 patients in each.And each received different perioperative nursing methods,including group nursing and routine nursing,and the related indicators,quality of life,and total nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were statistically compared.Results The VAS score,fracture healing time,and hospital stay of the patients in the study group were(0.68±0.08)points,(6.80±1.65)d,and(8.98±2.83)d,respectively,which were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=18.527,19.338,16.412,P<0.05);the physical function,social function,psychological function,and role function scores of the patients in the study group were(28.36±2.31)points,(22.68±2.78)points,(24.25±1.33)points,(32.35±1.16)points,which were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=24.822,20.568,39.572,52.869,P<0.05);the total nursing satisfaction of the study group was 92.50%,which better better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.501,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of group nursing to elderly patients with hip fracture as a perioperative nursing measure can relieve the pain of the patient,shorten the patient's recovery time and hospital stay,and improve the patient's quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
