摘要
目的探讨同伴支持对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者胰岛素泵使用依从性和生活质量的影响。方法选择2020年1月—12月南丰县中医院接诊的60例T2DM患者,随机编号1~60号,将奇数归为对照组,偶数归为观察组,各30例。对照组实施常规健康教育干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施同伴支持教育干预,均干预2周。分别于干预前、干预2周时评估患者胰岛素泵使用依从性、疾病压力[糖尿病问题量表(PAID)]及生活质量改善[糖尿病患者生存质量特异性量表(DSQL)]情况。结果观察组胰岛素泵使用依从性为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);干预2周,2组PAID评分均较干预前低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预2周,2组DSQL评分均较干预前低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对T2DM患者采用同伴支持教育模式护理干预可改善其疾病压力及胰岛素泵使用依从性,提升生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of peer support on compliance of insulin pump use and quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A prospective randomized trial method was used to select 60 patients with T2DM in Nanfeng County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020,randomly numbered them 1~60,odd number was included into the control group,even number was included into the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education intervention,while the observation group was given peer support education intervention on the basis of the control group,both were intervened for 2 weeks.The compliance of insulin pump use,disease stress[Problem Areas in Diabetes Scale(PAID)]and improvement of quality of life[diabetes specific quality of life scale(DSQL)]of patients were evaluated before and 2 weeks after intervention.Results The compliance of insulin pump use in the observation group was 93.33%,compared with 73.33%in the control group,the control group was lower(P<0.05);after 2 weeks of intervention,the PAID scores of both groups were lower compared with those before intervention,and the observation group was lower compared with the control group(P<0.05);after 2 weeks of intervention,the DSQL scores of both groups were lower compared with those before intervention,and the observation group was lower compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The peer support education model nursing intervention can improve the disease pressure and compliance of insulin pump use in the application of patients with T2DM,and improve their quality of life.
