矸石电厂入料粒度超限工艺改造分析

摘要 为了实现煤矸石的综合利用,避免煤矸石的长期堆放造成矿区水源、土壤以及周边空气的污染。中国神华煤制油化工有限公司鄂尔多斯煤制油分公司热电中心采用选煤厂生产的煤矸石作为发电燃料。在实际生产过程中由于煤制油选煤厂筛分车间破碎系统运转效果较差,导致热电中心矸石入料限上率较高。结合选煤厂以及热电中心实际生产情况,对选煤厂矸石破碎系统进行改造。改造后热电中心矸石入料粒度基本能保证到30 mm以下,一定程度上解决了由于入炉粒径比例超标使得流化风量加大,电机电耗增加、锅炉内部磨损加快等一系列问题,并提高了热电中心的生产效率,降低了设备维修成本。 In order to realize the comprehensive utilization of coal gangue and avoid the pollution of water source,soil and surrounding air caused by long-term stacking of coal gangue.The thermal power center of Ordos coal to liquid branch of China Shenhua coal to liquid chemical Co.,Ltd.uses coal gangue produced by coal to liquid coal preparation plant as power generation fuel.In the actual production process,due to the unstable raw coal quality,serious raw coal particle size overrun and high gangue hardness of the coal to liquid coal preparation plant,the operation effect of the crushing system in the screening workshop is poor,which further leads to the high upper limit rate of gangue in the thermal power center,affecting the normal production of the power plant.Combined with the actual production situation of coal preparation plant and thermal power center,the process transformation of gangue crushing system in coal preparation plant is carried out.After the transformation,the particle size of gangue in the thermal power center can be basically guaranteed to be less than 30mm.To a certain extent,it solves a series of problems such as increasing the fluidization air volume of the thermal power center due to the excessive proportion of gangue particle size in the furnace,resulting in increased motor power consumption and accelerated internal wear of the boiler.At the same time,it improves the production efficiency of the thermal power center and reduces the production cost and equipment maintenance cost of the thermal power center.
