摘要
针对粗精煤泥产品中高灰细泥含量高,导致灰分超标的问题,花园煤矿选煤厂采用ZKJ1408-D5叠层高频振动细筛对振动弧形筛进行了替换。技术改造后,降低了粗精煤泥产品灰分,解决了重介精煤的“背灰”问题,实现了浮选入料减量化,降低了生产成本,提高了综合精煤回收率。
Aiming at the problem of high ash slime content in coarse coal slime products,which leads to excessive ash content,Huayuan Coal Mine Coal Preparation Plant used the ZKJ1408-D5 multi-layer fine screen to replace the vibrating arc screen,which reduced the ash content of coarse slime products.realized the reduction of flotation feed,reduced production costs,and increased the comprehensive clean coal recovery rate.
