摘要
目的:研究综合护理干预对脑卒中继发癫痫患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年10月贵州航天医院收治脑卒中继发癫痫患者96例,随机分为两组,各48例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理干预。比较两组患者运动和生活能力、护理满意度和心理状态。结果:观察组护理后运动能力评分、Barthel评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中继发癫痫护理中加入综合护理干预措施,可以改善机体运动功能和生活质量,患者护理满意度较高。
Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with secondary epilepsy after stroke.Methods:From January 2018 to October 2020,96 patients with secondary epilepsy after stroke in Guizhou Aerospace Hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The exercise and living ability,nursing satisfaction and mental status were compared between the two groups.Results:The exercise ability score and Barthel score after nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale after nursing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing intervention measures in the nursing care of secondary epilepsy after stroke can improve the body's motor function and quality of life,and the patient's nursing satisfaction rate is higher.
