摘要
根据汽车电动助力转向系统(electrical power steering,EPS)测试性能安全性与高精度的发展趋势,研发一套基于LabVIEW开发的汽车EPS性能测试系统,测试系统降低试验难度,缩短试验周期。采用以滑膜变结构反馈控制为控制策略的伺服加载方式,模拟实际不同路况汽车转向所受的转向阻力。对某型汽车的转向轴式电动助力系统进行性能测试,测试结果的扭矩波动量、曲线对称性均满足预期要求,验证所设计EPS性能测试台的可靠性与稳定性。
According to the development trend of testing performance,safety and high precision of automobile electric power steering system(electrical power steering,EPS),a set of automobile EPS performance testing system based on LabVIEW is developed.The test system reduces the test difficulty and shortens the test cycle.The servo loading mode with synovial variable structure feedback control as the control strategy is adopted to simulate the steering resistance of vehicles under different road conditions.The performance test of the steering axle electric power system of a certain type of vehicle shows that the torque fluctuation and curve symmetry of the test results meet the expected requirements,which verifies the reliability and stability of the designed EPS performance test bench.
