摘要 高性能集成房屋可以实现建筑功能的单元化和全装配化,各个单元主体实现被动房的设计标准,而与光伏技术深度结合,可大幅解决建筑本身的能耗问题,并将光伏设备与建筑外围护结构复合设计,实现了建设易操作性和功能可复制性。以能源创新技术为载体,实现一体化建设,有利于保障多元化整体质量和工程质量。装配式构造方式便于运输和现场组合安装,大幅节约了建设成本和建设周期。在设计中运用严格的能耗计算模拟,计算围护结构和机电系统以及在使用过程中产生的能量输入与损耗。得到精准的能耗值,通过装配式技术的工程精度优势,可以严格控制能耗损失,使建筑能够最大化地达到经济、绿色、低能耗的要求。 High performance integrated houses can realize the unitization and full assembly of building functions,and each unit main body can realize the design standard of passive houses,the in-depth combination with photovoltaic technology can greatly solve the energy consumption problem of the building itself,and the photovoltaic equipment and the external envelope of the building can be designed and realized.The construction is easy to operate and the function is replicable.Taking energy innovation technology as the carrier to realize integrated construction is conducive to ensuring the overall quality and efficiency of diversification Project quality.The fabricated structure is easy to transport and install on site,which greatly saves the construction cost and construction cycle.Strict application in design Energy consumption calculation and simulation,calculate the energy input and loss of enclosure structure,electromechanical system and in the process of use.Get accurate energy consumption value,through the engineering precision advantage of assembly technology,the loss of energy consumption can be strictly controlled,so that the building can maximize the goal of economy,green and low energy consumption requirement.
