摘要
针对瓦斯灾害防治实验室业务流程复杂、实验数据与对应文件存储分散、实验数据检索和处理难度大、实验数据安全性低等问题;进行了需求分析和业务流程梳理,将现有实验项目的实验数据与其对应样品信息等进行关联,并按照数据逻辑进行数据库存储,对功能模块和系统架构进行设计;实现了基础数据管理、委托管理、报告管理和综合查询等功能,研发了基于B/S架构的煤矿瓦斯灾害防治实验室信息管理系统。相比于传统人工管理,系统提供了更方便的管理方式,提升了数据管理能力和检测检验人员工作效率,降低了实验室运行成本并实现了快速溯源和输出报表等功能。
According to the difficulties of complex business process, scattered experimental data and corresponding file storage,difficult to retrieve and process experimental data, low experimental data security in the gas disaster prevention laboratory, this study carried out demand analysis and business process combing, associated the experimental data of existing experimental projects with their corresponding sample information, designed functional modules and system architecture, realized basic data management,mandatory management, report management and comprehensive query functions, developed a laboratory information management system(LIMS) based on B/S structure. Compared with traditional manual management, LIMS provided a more convenient management method, improved data management capabilities and work efficiency of testing and inspection personnel, reduced laboratory operating costs and realized functions such as fast traceability and report output.
