摘要 目的:针对C10^(+)重芳烃的深加工利用,并提高深加工利用率。实验室中开展切割分馏、加氢精制后生产高沸点芳烃溶剂和导热油的试验研究。结果表明:按一定温度点对C10^(+)重芳烃进行轻、中、重三馏分切割,其中轻馏分和中间馏分满足高沸点芳烃溶剂SA-1800和SA-2000指标要求,重馏分经加氢精制后仍无法作导热油基料;“中+重”馏分按4.5%去尾后,添加0.7%复合剂调和的导热油全性能指标完全满足L-QC 310型导热油的指标要求,C10^(+)重芳烃综合利用为95.5%。 Objective:Aiming at the deep processing and utilization of C10^(+)heavy aromatic hydrocarbon,and improving the utilization rate of deep processing.In the laboratory,the production of high boiling point aromatic solvent and heat conduction oil after cutting,fractionation and hydrorefining was studied.The results showed that the light,medium and heavy fractions of C10^(+)heavy aromatic hydrocarbons were cut at a certain temperature point.The light fraction and the middle fraction met the requirements of sa-1800 and SA-2000,but the heavy fraction could not be used as the base material for heat conduction oil after hydrotreating.After tail removal of"medium+heavy"fraction by 4.5%,the thermal conductivity oil blended with 0.7%compound agent can meet the requirements of L-QC 310D index,and the comprehensive utilization of C10^(+)heavy aromatics is 95.5%.
