摘要
在AMP热模锻压力机湿式离合维修过程中,Z型机械密封失效是制约该设备稳定性的主要因素。基于此,介绍了Z型机械密封的结构及工作原理,针对该密封失效的原因进行了分析并对安装过程中注意事项提出了建议,以期为相关行业提供参考。
The equipment reliability is particularly important with the automatic level is improved continuously in forging industry.The failure of Z-type mechanical seal is the main factor restricting the stability of the equipment during the wet clutch maintenance of AMP hot die forging press.The causes of the failure of the seal have been analyzed,and some suggestions on the issues needing attention in the installation process have been provided in the paper.
