摘要
以EBZ-160型矿用掘进机为研究对象,在简要介绍该型号掘进机整体结构的基础上,对设备的远程控制系统进行了详细设计,主要分析了控制系统的整体方案以及主要构成部分。对控制系统中使用的PLC控制器和主要传感器型号进行了介绍。将设计的掘进机远程控制系统应用到工程实践中,并对其各项性能进行实践测试,发现整体运行良好稳定。经过初步统计分析认为,系统的成功实践应用,可以为煤矿企业创造良好的经济效益,值得其他煤矿企业借鉴。
This paper takes EBZ-160 mining roadheader as the research object,and on the basis of a brief introduction of the overall structure of this model roadheader,the detailed design of the remote control system of the equipment is carried out,mainly analyzing the overall scheme of the control system and the main components.The PLC controller and the main sensor models used in the control system are introduced.The designed remote control system of the roadheader is applied to engineering practice,and its various performances are practically tested,and the overall operation is found to be good and stable.After preliminary statistical analysis,it is concluded that the successful practical application of the system can create good economic benefits for coal mining enterprises and is worthy of reference for other coal mining enterprises.
