摘要
中国的陆上稠油资源占石油资源总量的20%,加大稠油资源的开发将有效降低中国石油资源的对外依存度。但由于稠油黏度高、流动性差,在生产中必须采用热采技术。通过向油层内注入蒸汽和提高油层温度,可以提高稠油的流动性。因此,稠油开采需要消耗大量能源,大大增加了原油开采和运输的成本。为了降低稠油开采能耗,提高经济效益,作为一种新型的环保绿色能源供应模式,相变换热技术近年来引起了油气企业的关注。该技术通过在全封闭空间内蒸发冷凝,可以更好地进行传热,间接交换油田稠油开采过程中产生的大量热源,降低稠油输送温度高的问题,冬季利用余热温度供暖,降低站区供暖能耗。其在油田稠油开采中具有良好的发展前景。
China’s onshore heavy oil resources account for 20%of the total oil resources.Increasing the development of heavy oil resources will effectively reduce the external dependence of China’s oil resources.However,due to the high viscosity and poor fluidity of heavy oil,it must be to adopt thermal recovery technology in production.The fluidity of heavy oil can be increased through injecting steam into the oil layer and increasing the temperature in the oil layer.Therefore,heavy oil exploitation needs to consume a lot of energy,which greatly increases the cost of crude oil exploitation and transportation.In order to reduce the energy consumption of heavy oil recovery and improve economic benefits,phase change heat transfer technology,which is a new environmental protection and green energy supply mode has attracted the attention of oil and gas companies in recent years.Through evaporation and condensation in the fully enclosed space,this technology can better carry out heat transfer,indirectly exchange for a large number of heat sources generated in the exploitation of oilfield heavy oil,reduce the problem of high transmission temperature of heavy oil,and use the waste heat temperature for heating in winter to reduce the heating energy consumption in the station area.It has a good development prospect in the exploitation of oilfield heavy oil.
