职业教育“双主体”育人教学模式的内涵、框架和保障 被引量:11

"Dual Subject"Education and Teaching Mode in Vocational Education:Connotation,Framework and Guarantee

摘要 “双主体”育人教学模式以资源依赖理论、翻转课堂理论和行动教学理论为依据,教学流程分为课前、课中、课后三个环节,教学实施分为“学”和“教”两条主线,教学管理以网络教学平台为依托。双目标、双导师、双资源、双评价、双场地是该模式的五大关键要素;教学目标、学习任务、问题清单、教学流程、教学方法、课程思政、教学评价构成该教学模式的整体框架;提升教师综合素养、改革教学考核办法、完善教学网络平台是该模式运行的保障措施。该教学模式有效支撑了“双主体”育人模式,在推动产教融合、校企合作以及满足新时代对技术技能人才培养的新要求方面成效显著。 The"dual subject"education teaching mode is based on the resource dependence theory,flipped classroom theory and action teaching theory.The teaching process is divided into three links:before,during and after class."Learning"and"teaching"are the two main lines of its teaching and the network teaching platform supports its teaching management.The teaching mode shows five key“dual-elements”on means of objective,tutor,resource,evaluation and venues with an overall framework consisting of teaching objectives,learning tasks,problem lists,teaching processes,teaching methods,curriculum ideology and politics,and teaching evaluation.Meanwhile,measures such as improving teachers’comprehensive quality,reforming teaching assessment methods and improving teaching network platform ensure the operation of"dual subject"education teaching mode.This teaching mode effectively supports the"dual subject"education mode,showing a significant effect on promoting the integration of industry and education as well as the cooperation between school and enterprise,meeting the new requirements of the new era for the cultivation of technical and skilled talents.
