摘要
依托郑州地铁4号线新建国基路站在富水砂层十字换乘既有地铁2号线沙门站工程,通过数值模拟和现场监测的手段,对换乘车站施工期间既有车站的变形进行研究。总结得出:基于现状调查、数值模拟变形预测、变形占比分析方式制定出的变形控制标准,对施工监测具有一定的参考意义;在施工期间进行接缝周全注浆和堆载反压,既有车站变形量在安全控制范围内,且竖向变形大于横向变形;坑底隆起对换乘节点的竖向带动作用是引起既有结构产生上浮的主要原因。
Taking the cross interchange project of the newly constructed Guoji Road Station of Zhengzhou Metro Line 4 with the existing Metro Line 2 Shamen Station as the research background, the deformation of the interchange station is studied by means of numerical simulation and field monitoring. It is concluded that: the deformation control criteria based on the current situation investigation, numerical simulation deformation prediction and deformation percentage analysis are of certain reference significance for construction monitoring;the deformation of existing station is within the safety control range and the vertical deformation is greater than the lateral deformation when joint perimeter grouting and stacking back pressure are carried out during the construction period;the vertical driving effect of the pit bottom uplift on the interchange node is the main reason for the uplift of the existing structure.
