摘要
目的探讨布地奈德雾化吸入联合阿奇霉素对肺炎支原体感染患儿咳嗽评分及血清C反应蛋白(CRP)和淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)水平的影响。方法选取100例肺炎支原体感染患儿,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各50例。对照组采用阿奇霉素进行治疗,治疗组采用布地奈德雾化吸入联合阿奇霉素治疗。观察2组患儿的临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后2组患儿的咳嗽评分、肺功能指标[肺活量(VC)、呼气峰值流速(PEFR)和第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))]、血清CRP和SAA水平及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,治疗组临床疗效总有效率(92.00%)高于对照组(66.00%),P<0.05;治疗后2组咳嗽评分和血清CRP和SAA水平均低于治疗前,且治疗组咳嗽评分和血清CRP和SAA水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组肺功能指标高于治疗前,且治疗组肺功能指标高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,2组不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义。结论布地奈德雾化吸入联合阿奇霉素临床疗效好,可减少咳嗽症状和炎症反应,改善肺功能,安全性好。
Objective To explore the effects of Budesonide for Aerosol Inhalation combined with azithromycin on cough scores,serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and serum amyloid A(SAA)levels in children with Mycopla sma pneumoniae infect ion.Methods A total of 100 children with Myco plasma pneumoniae infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group were treated with azithromycin,while the treatment group were additionally treated with Budesonide for Aerosol Inhalation.The clinical curative effect in both groups was observed.The cough scores,lung function indexes[vital capacity(VC),peak expiratory flow rate(PEFR),forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV_(1))],levels of serum CRP and SAA before and after trea tment,and the adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the 2 groups.Results After treatment,the total response rate of clinical efficacy in treatment group was higher than that in control group(92.00%vs.66.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the cough scores,serum CRP and SAA levels in both groups were decreased,and the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the lung function indexes in both groups were increased,and the treatment group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Budesonide for Aerosol Inhalation combined with azithromycin is good,which can alleviate cough symptoms and inflamma tion response,and improve lung function with high safety.
