摘要
目的探讨“器官系统为中心”混合式教学用于骨运动系统的效果。方法研究对象为某医学院校2019年7月至2020年7月骨科专业2个班级,每班60名,按照教学模式的不同实施分组,骨运动系统应用“器官系统为中心”混合式教学(观察组)与常规教学模式(对照组)。记录两组考核成绩,评估学生学习态度,问卷调查学生的满意度。结果观察组学生理论考核与形成性技能考核各项指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中学生学习主动性、自主学习能力等评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组学生对教学模式各项满意度评估观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“器官系统为中心”混合式教学用于骨运动系统,在提高学生理论成绩及技能水平方面作用显著,学生对教学模式满意度高,且学习态度得到改善,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of"organ system centric"blended teaching on the osseomotor system.Methods From July 2019 to July 2020,two classes of orthopedic major in a medical college were selected as the research objects,with 60 students in each class.They were divided into two groups according to different teaching modes,and the osseomotor system was divided into the"organ system centric"blended teaching mode(the observation group)and the conventional teaching mode(the control group).From July 2019 to July 2020,two classes of orthopedic major in a medical college were selected as the research objects,with 60 students in each class.They were divided into two groups according to different teaching modes,and the osseomotor system was divided into the"organ system centric"blended teaching mode(the observation group)and the conventional teaching mode(the control group).Results The scores of students′theoretical and formative skills tests in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of learning initiative,independent learning ability and inquiry learning ability of middle school students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Students in the observation group were more satisfied with the teacher attitude,active explanation,classroom atmosphere,teaching design and teaching implementation than those in the control group,and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"organ system centric"blended teaching is applied to the osseomotor system,which plays a significant role in improving students′theoretical performance and skill level,is conducive to improving students′learning attitude and improving students′satisfaction with teaching,and can be widely promoted.
