摘要
研究了乳蛋白部分水解配方奶粉在货架期内营养成分指标变化情况。结果表明,长期试验条件下,维生素B12、碘、氯、硒、肌醇和叶黄素相较其他营养素表现出一定程度的衰减,但保质期结束时其含量均符合标准要求,产品品质稳定。乳蛋白部分水解配方奶粉应选择避光、隔湿包装材料,且包装好的商业化产品应在阴凉干燥条件下保存。研究结果可以在一定程度上为特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品的研发及应用提供参考。
The changes of nutritional components of partially hydrolyzed milk protein infant formula during the shelf life were studied.The results showed that vitamin B12,iodine,chlorine,selenium,inositol and lutein showed a certain degree of decline compared with other nutrients.However,at the end of the shelf life,the content of nutrients meets the standard requirements and the product quality is stable.The partially hydrolyzed milk protein infant formula shall be packaged with light proof and moisture-proof packaging materials,and better be stored under cool and dry conditions.The results provide a reference for research and development and application of infant formula for special medical purposes.
