摘要
冷轧硅钢片是电动机定、转子铁心的重要组成部分,它的导磁性能和铁损情况直接影响着电动机的性能。一级能效和超一级能效电动机的设计开发将是今后开发的重点,现就冷轧硅钢片的特性进行了磁性材料、参数、使用等进行了详细分析,为推动电动机行业能效等级的不断提升,提供了有效的工艺保障。
The cold-rolled silicon steel sheet is an important part of stator and rotor cores of electric motors,which magnetic conductivity and iron loss directly affect the performance of motors.In the future,the design and development of motors with primary energy efficiency and super primary energy efficiency will be the key points of development.This paper analyzes the characteristics of cold-rolled silicon steel sheet in detail such as magnetic materials,parameters and usage,which provides an effective technological guarantee to promote the continuous improvement of energy efficiency level of motor industry.
