对初学者爬泳上肢力量训练的教学实证研究 被引量:3

An Empirical Study on the Teaching of Upper Limb Strength Training for Beginners in Crawl Swimming

摘要 本研究针对普通高校爬泳教学的特点,在爬泳教学中增加游泳专项上肢力量训练,优化教学内容,提升高校游泳课教学质量。采用文献资料、专家访谈、数理统计等方法对传统游泳教学方法和上肢力量训练后的实验效果进行分析。实验表明,增强上肢力量训练可以更好地提高学生爬泳专项能力25米、50米、100米的速度,同时可以更好地掌握标准的爬泳专项技术。使学生专项能力和专项技术得到综合发展。充分利用了水陆结合的优势,有效地弥补传统游泳教学的缺陷,可在较短的规定时间内,提高爬泳的规范性和速度。 According to the characteristics of crawl swimming teaching in colleges and universities,this study adds the special upper limb strength training to crawl swimming teaching,optimizes the teaching content and improves the teaching quality of swimming class in colleges and universities.Using the methods of literature,expert interview and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes the experimental effect of traditional swimming teaching methods and upper limb strength training.The experiment shows that strengthening the upper limb strength training can be a way to improve the students'special ability of crawl swimming,the speed of 25m,50m and 100m,and master the standard special techniques of crawl swimming better.So,the students'special ability and special techniques can be comprehensively developed.Taking full advantage of the combination of water and land,it can effectively make up for the defects of traditional swimming teaching,and improve the standardization and speed of crawl swimming in a short time.
