摘要
目的探讨无缝隙全程护理干预在糖尿病足患者手术中的应用研究。方法随机抽取2019年1月—2021年1月东营市中医院收治的86例糖尿病足手术患者开展研究,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组以常规护理,观察组给予无缝隙全程护理干预。对比两组患者的生命体征、患者的满意度、不良反应发生率。结果两组患者手术前和手术后的生命体征,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组护理满意度为97.67%,对照组为83.72%,观察组明显比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组头晕2例(4.65%),皮肤瘙痒3例(6.98%),恶心呕吐3例(6.98%),高热症2例(4.65%);观察组头晕1例(2.33%),皮肤瘙痒1例(2.33%),恶心呕吐1例(2.33%),观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理工作中实施无缝隙全程护理干预,不良反应发生率较低,具有临床应用价值,值得推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the application of seamless whole-course nursing intervention in the operation of diabetic foot patients.Methods From January 2019 to January 2021,86 patients with diabetic foot surgery who were admitted to Dongying Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly selected for study,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given seamless whole-process nursing intervention.The vital signs of the two groups were compared,the satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in vital signs between the two groups before and after surgery(P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.67%,and that of the control group was 83.72%.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group,there were 2 cases of dizziness(4.65%),3 cases of pruritus(6.98%),3 cases of nausea and vomiting(6.98%),and 2 cases of hyperpyrexia(4.65%).In the observation group,1 case(2.33%)of dizziness,1 case of skin itching(2.33%),1 case of nausea and vomiting(2.33%),the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing seamless whole-process nursing intervention in operating room nursing work has a low incidence of adverse reactions,which has clinical application value and is worthy of promotion and application.
