摘要
源头减排是海绵城市系统化建设的重要项目类型,而建筑及其周边环境则是承载雨水源头减排任务的主要城市空间。以西宁试点区第七排水分区建筑与小区海绵化改造工程实践为示例,通过对源头减排项目设计思路的梳理,结合监测数据和模型论证,总结出以截流引导传输—绿地集约消纳—屋面雨水调蓄回用的系统化源头治理策略,为提升城市新建区水文、生态功能,在城市建设初期和建设过程中系统地融入海绵城市建设理念以及全域化推广海绵城市建设提供了经验和理论依据。
Source control is an important project type in systematic construction of a sponge city,and buildings and the surrounding environment are the main urban spaces that bear the task of rainwater source control.Sponge city renovation project for the buildings and communities in the 7th Drainage Area of Xining pilot area is taken as an example.By sorting out the design ideas of source control projects,combining with monitoring data and model demonstration,this paper summarizes the systematic source control strategy of“interception-guided transmission-intensive absorption and consumption of green space-regulation and storage of roof rainwater for reuse”.It presents experience and a theoretical basis for improving hydrological and ecological functions of newly built urban areas,systematically integrating the concept of sponge construction in the initial process of urban construction,and globally promoting sponge city construction.
