方钢管柱-钢梁穿芯螺栓连接节点拟静力试验 被引量:4

Quasi-static test on steel beam-square steel tubular column joins with bolts through tubular core

摘要 为研究方钢管柱与H形钢梁穿芯螺栓T形钢连接节点抗震性能,对方钢管柱与H形钢梁穿芯螺栓T形钢装配式连接钢框架边节点和中节点试件进行拟静力加载试验,研究节点在反复循环荷载作用下的滞回性能、耗能能力、延性、应力分布。结果表明:在对穿螺栓拉力作用下,方钢管翼缘产生面外变形,节点滞回曲线呈S形,有明显的捏拢现象,刚度退化明显,耗能能力低;装配式梁柱节点抗震性能差,能量耗散系数和等效黏滞阻尼系数远小于方钢管混凝土柱、H形钢柱端板连接节点;节点的骨架曲线分为弹性阶段、强化阶段和破坏阶段,可以用双线性曲线表达;当节点破坏时,T形钢腹板达到屈服,但应变分布不均匀。方钢管柱-钢梁的穿芯螺栓连接宜在节点区对柱壁进行加强,以提高节点的承载力和耗能能力。 In order to study the seismic behavior of T-steel connection joint with bolts through tubular core between square steel tubular column and H-beam,quasi-static loading tests were carried out on the assembled side joint and middle joint specimens of steel frame with T-steel and bolts through tubular core between square steel tube column and H-beam.The hysteretic performance,energy dissipation,ductility and stress distribution of the joints under the cyclic loading were studied.Results showed that under the tension of the through-bolts,the out-of-plane deformation of the flange of the square steel tube was occurred.The hysteresis curve of the joint was in the shape of"S"and the obvious pinching phenomenon happened.The stiffness degradation was obvious and energy consumption capacity was low.The seismic performance of the assembled beam-column joints was poor,and the energy dissipation coefficient and equivalent viscous damping coefficient were far less than those of the joints connected with square steel tube concrete column and H-steel column end plate.The skeleton curve of the joint could be divided into elastic stage,strengthening stage and failure stage,which could be expressed by bilinear curve.When the joint was failure,the T-steel webs reached yield,but the strain distribution was non-uniform.In order to improve the bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity of the joint,the column wall should be strengthened in the joint area.
